1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PNGnow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PNGnow is an AI-powered image generation platform that creates transparent PNG images from text prompts. Images are generated via third-party AI models (OpenAI, BytePlus) and delivered as transparent PNGs. The Service is currently in early access (private beta).

3. AI-Generated Content

Images are generated by AI models and may not perfectly reflect your prompt. PNGnow does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any generated image. You use generated images at your own discretion.

Generated images are subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (OpenAI, BytePlus). You may not use generated content to train competing AI models or for purposes that violate those providers' policies.

4. Public Library

Unused or unpurchased generations may be added to the PNGnow public library, available for others to view and download under CC BY-NC 4.0. By using the Service, you grant PNGnow a license to include unused generations in the public library.

5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit system. 1 PNG is included per generation at no cost. Additional images and HD downloads require credits. Credit terms, pricing, and refund policies will be published when paid tiers launch.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PNGnow does not warrant that results will meet your expectations or that the Service will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNGnow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
